Keelon Russell is an American college football quarterback for the Alabama Crimson Tide. Born on April 24, 2007, in Duncanville, Texas, he attended Duncanville High School where he was named the 2024 Gatorade High School Football Player of the Year. As a freshman at Alabama, he wears jersey number 12. Standing 6'3" and weighing 201 pounds, Russell has shown promise as a dual-threat quarterback. In the 2025 season, he has thrown for 143 yards and 2 touchdowns with a 72.7 QBR. He was the star of Alabama's spring game, completing 21 of 33 passes for 240 yards and four touchdowns.
